Set in a local manufacturing plant, the people are working on a line-up of multi-spindle screw machines. The machines generate a lot of friction and because of this everything is kept well oiled. The russet atmosphere gives the feel of a mist of oil in the air. Movements are minimal in this scene but emotionally dynamic as manufacturing, maintenance, and conversations occur.
